Our Bottega is a shop of local Sardinian products in Cagliari that, from 2013, aims to discover and rediscover the excellence of our region, Sardinia. We carefully select all products that customers will find on the shelves. Our business is based on a broad network of trusted suppliers who daily provide us with organic and certificated products. We are convinced that the culinary heritage of Sardinia is something that needs to be promoted with care and attention. We reserve the right to make a wise choice of products on our shelves. We set ourselves the aim of rediscovering, both Sardinians and tourists, the real value of local products. In addition to the most famous and well-known products, we also have lesser-known specialties. The food and kitchen are authentic passions for us; we grow every day in order to get the maximum satisfaction of those who choose to come to us. We always try to select only quality products to ensure food and wine experiences to anyone who decides to bring in tables the flavors of Sardinia.
‘From farm to fork’ products are purchased from the best local producers; jams, spices, and homemade pasta such as ravioli and ‘culurgiones’.

The tavern was established in April 2016, with the idea of cooking by ourselves the products and the excellence that we just distributed at the shop before. In our tavern you can taste the traditional Sardinian dishes made with organic products, carefully following ancient recipes. We exclusively use refined products that will delight any palate: sour dough bread baked in a wood oven, legumes from organic crops, strictly artisan cheeses, cured meats and artisanal sausages, all accompanied by a wide selection of red and white wines carefully selected. Of course, we cannot forget our delicious homemade desserts. The menu changes daily, with typical Sardinian dishes prepared using only the freshest seasonal products. There is the option to take away and about 30 seats can be used for eating in the restaurant.
